This is Jose Vicente Martin, the asset manager of the Los Arqueros Shopping Village complex.
Updating the info for the Shopping Centre, the opening has been postponed until beginning 2010. Some contingencies with foundation of the second building have been solved, and for LASV, there is no sense opening the centre if the summer time has been passed.
After conversation with our main tenants ICELAND , Taylor Woodrow, Cafeteria Joia and LATINOS (more than 50% SBA already marketed) and due to the impossibility to open this July, postponing the opening until beginning 2010 has been recommendable.
Our technical staff is in charge of providing the CAD planning, finishing specifications,…, so the future tenants can already prepare the projects and their budgets to set up the future business.

  Early April 2009 Pictures       Special 23rd April 2009 Pictures Taking Great Shape! The first Exclusive Cafe is open!! (Well for the workmen anyway!) It won't be too long by the way things are looking, all outside work is nearly finished and work has started on the inside of each of the units. They are hoping for and August 2009 opening with parking underground and around the village of approximatley 180 cars.
